To add additional services, click "continue shopping" which will allow you to add the yearly annual pre-participation sports physical, or add siblings and family for screening at a reduced price. If you are adding siblings or immediate family, please only check the "Standard Screening" once, and then use the "Additional Standard Screenings" with the desired number of members to be tested. To pay for services, click on "Proceed to Checkout" to finalize payment. (You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this service), or you can simply bring a check to the testing site.
